Chartering Process

Step.1

Contact Sojitz

Let us know where and when you want to go, and any preferences with regards to the chartered aircraft.
Step.2

Receive Estimate

Sojitz will provide an estimate as soon as we confirm the aircraft’s availability. If all our charter aircraft are booked, we will arrange to provide you with a jet belonging to one of our partner companies.
Step.3

Conclude Contract

If you agree to the estimate, we will ask you to sign the charter contract.
Step.4

Confirm Reservation

Once you have paid the agreed-to amount, the booking is confirmed, and we will official reparations for the flight.
Step.5

Provide Passenger Information

Provide Sojitz with passenger’s passport information (name, passport number, nationality, expiration date, date of birth). At this time, feel free to make any requests regarding food and drinks provided during our on-board service.
Step.6

Receive Final Itenerary

We will present you with a final itinerary including all flight details (facilities used at each airport, cabin crew information, etc.).
Step.7

Board the Jet

Bring your passport with you to the airport and prepare to take flight! *Clients are responsible for arranging any visas necessary for the places they plan to visit.
