Sojitz Group has the operator of our business jets, Okayama Air Service Co., Ltd. (OAS) operating domestic flights and Phenix Jet Group operating international flights. Thereby, we provide safe and comfortable flights for all clients, both in Japan and overseas, also provides comprehensive support for all aspects of aircraft operation, including schedule management, flight operation, maintenance, budget management, and monthly billing processing for owners’ aircraft.
About Okayama Air Service Co., Ltd. (OAS)
OAS provides charter, operation, maintenance, and other services based on many years of experience in domestic business jet operations since 1989. As OAS has OEM certified maintenance facilities for major manufacturers of business jets such as Gulfstream, HondaJet, Cessna, etc., OAS is able to manage owners’ aircraft for both Japan and U.S. registered aircraft by ourselves. OAS has also been approved by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism as a certified facility. With stable quality management and a wealth of knowledge cultivated over many years, OAS provides safe and reliable maintenance services.
*OAS, the core of domestic operator of our business jet, has been certified by IBAC (International Business Aviation Council) as Stage 3, the highest level of the international safety standard “IS-BAO”.

About Phenix Jet Group
Phenix Jet Group is the operator of U.S. and Cayman Island registered aircraft, and Sojitz Group provides services by utilizing the operational expertise we have gained through our investment and dispatch of personnel to Phenix Jet Group. With Sojitz Group and Phenix Jet Group working as one, we handle schedule management, flight operation, maintenance, budget management, and monthly billing processing for owner’s aircraft. Phenix Jet Group also has an operational staff familiar with Japanese culture, which enables to provide service that satisfies Japanese clients.

Be it make or model, new or preowned – we have been offering aircraft tailored to clients’ budgets and needs for more than 20 years. With experience in over 1,500 charter sales to a wide variety of public and private, we have continued to develop our operational and maintenance expertise over the years. We not only monitor our flight safety management systems, but carefully select our crew, thoroughly training them on how to provide a Japanese level of service.
Multiple Operating Bases in Japan, including the Metropolitan Area
Sojitz Group’s flight management system is based in Tokyo that most of the aircraft capable of operating international flights are parked in an exclusive Narita Airport aircraft hangar. This means there are only minimal fright costs when taking off from and landing at airports in the Tokyo metropolitan area, such as Narita and Haneda. Aircraft operating domestic flights are based at the Konan Airport, which makes for simple operating systems that allow flights to be made with just one phone call. In addition to Narita and Konan, we also have bases at Haneda, Chubu, and Okayama airport. We utilize our expertise in the operation and maintenance of Japan and U.S. registered aircraft to maintain the aircraft condition so that it’s always ready for operation.
Charter Management
Phenix Jet Group provides charters for aircraft operating international flights when not in use by their owners. And Phenix Jet Group fly the flagship models from Bombardier and Gulfstream, two major business jet manufactures. It’s one of the few in the world and has an extensive charter sales network in wide variety of public and private. Also, OAS offers charters tailored to customer itineraries with its fleet of two aircrafts, Cessna Citation M2 from Textron Aviation for charter flights operating in Japan.
